Final provisions

An applicant or student may use only one grant benefit at a time; multiple benefits are not combined (with certain exceptions).

The education grant is not issued as cash or non-cash funds — it is applied only as a one-time discount when paying the tuition contract for the current academic year.

Grants awarded to bachelor’s and master’s students are allocated for one academic year; in subsequent years, grants are redistributed among students with strong academic performance and social activity.

Documents supporting the grant or benefit must be submitted to the university by September 30 of the current academic year, otherwise the grant is cancelled.

A sharp decline in academic performance (e.g., GPA below 3.0), lack of social activity, violation of discipline, or unexcused absence from university events are grounds for cancelling a grant.

If submitted international or national certificates are found to be forged, the applicant or student is expelled, their grant is cancelled, and the matter is reported to law enforcement authorities.
