The opinion of the Rector of Tashkent University of Humanities, Sabirov Qaxramon Bektursunovich, on the activities of Necmettin Erbakan University and the prospects for mutual cooperation

✅ Our visit and close acquaintance with Necmettin Erbakan University, a prestigious institution located in Konya—one of Turkey’s historic centers of science and culture—left a very positive and profound impression on us.

✅ Although this higher education institution was established in 2010, it has rapidly integrated modern educational standards and has become one of the fastest-growing and most reputable academic centers in Turkey.

✅ As a Doctor of Philosophy in Pedagogical Sciences, I highly appreciate the university’s extensive infrastructure, which includes 20 faculties, 4 institutes, and modern scientific laboratories.

✅ In particular, the rich experience developed in medicine, engineering, theology, and pedagogy, as well as the innovative learning environment created for students, is highly commendable.

✅ The university’s strong focus on scientific research and its position in international rankings confirm the strategic correctness of our cooperation.

✅ The cooperation memoranda signed during the visit will open new opportunities for students and faculty members of Tashkent University of Humanities.

✅ We consider it a priority to ensure student mobility through the “Mevlana” exchange program, organize joint scientific conferences, and exchange modern teaching methodologies.

✅ I am confident that the friendly relations established with Necmettin Erbakan University will contribute not only to the development of both institutions but also to strengthening educational integration between Uzbekistan and Turkey.

✅ Our main goal is to train internationally competitive specialists in collaboration with such prestigious partners.
